Sage Fundraising 50
 
Sage Fundraising 50 is fundraising software that gives your organization the ability to know your donors beyond the numbers.  Characteristics for each individual profile are entered and available for review and reports.  There are over 50 tables that store information relevant to each constituent.  Unlimited user defined fields can be created that are pertinent to your agency needs for personal attributes of each donor.  Tracking relationships between donors is also a feature of the software. 

Keep your donors informed of events while they are at their summer residences using the multiple address capability.  Sage Fundraising 50 software handles multiple salutations for additional flexibility in merging for different styles of contact. 

Automate the printing of acknowledgements when each gift is recorded.  A report on gifts received during a specific time frame can be used to merge donor information into specific thank you letter templates.  The merge process automatically marks the gift entry with an acknowledged stamp and the date of mailing and letter information is recorded on the contact file of the donors.

Streamline the financial entry process by using the GL export feature.  Gift and donation activity recorded in fundraising software also has to be recorded in accounting software.  The GL export feature creates a file that can be imported into the accounting package.  If your agency uses Sage MIP Fund Accounting or Sage Peachtree Accounting software the connection for transfering information from Sage Fundraisning 50 is seamless and automatic. 

Specific modules to track event details, campaign results and volunteer information are built-in to the fundraising software.  From the mailing of save the date, to recording the thank you for attending, event details are recorded to help manage any event.  The number of attendees, fees, tee times, table and seating assignments, and dinner selection are just a few of the details that are needed to manage a fundraising event.  All this is available in the event module.  Keeping all this information in one system saves entry time and reduces entry errors from duplicating efforts. 

A new campaign can be established for each project undertaken.  Reports on results and percent of goal achieved as gifts are recorded from specific solicitations are available on real-time basis.  This aids with the management of each campaign and allows the agency to determine what types of campaigns work best for them.

Volunteers are an important source of assistance with any non-profit agency. Sage Fundraising 50 gives you the ability to track the volunteers needed, committed, and worked for a particular project.  It allows you to have a concrete value attached to the hours volunteered.  This information assists with the management of the project and allows a monetary value to be calculated for thanking your volunteer staff.

There are many types of giving including gifts in honor or in memory, in-kind, split gifts, pledges and soft credit gifts.  Fundraising 50 can enter each of these gifts as a unique entry type.  Thank you letter templates and accounting entries can be different for each type of gift recorded.  Let the system automate the thank you merge process and create the accounting entries for you.
