Data Import 
Data Import of files containing constituent information or gift activity into Sage Fundraising 50 can save many hours of input. Mapping is very user friendly and easy to establish. Just slide the column heading into the entry field in the entry screen is all there is to it.
Data import containing many types of information guarantees you get the inforamtion required for your agency into your donor tracking software. New codes contained in the import can be added to the existing tables in Sage Fundraising 50. If additional information is needed for the import that is not available in the data file it can be created as a default of the import.
There is a validation process to test the data prior to import so that any holes or entry errors in the data can also be identified and fixed prior to import. The system checks for duplications and creates a report for editing prior to finalizing the data import process.
