Reports 

Reports are based on queries made on any of the fields in constituent files.  The process is user friendly and uses the entry screen displays for setting up the parameters of the query.  Any entry field can be included or filtered out to get the information that you need. 

There are over 100 standard report templates available within the software. The reports include information on constituent details, financial details on gifts, pledges and pledge payments or analytical details on campaigns and solicitations as well as many more that are specific to the individual modules.
 
Using the reporting system is as easy as select the report that will give the information you are looking for, and filtering it for a specific date range, entry type, or constituent list. Page set up and fonts are easily established and can be different for each report. Once edited, the new report can be saved for future use.
 
Guarantee the anonymous status of the donor using an anonymous stamp. Reports will only display the ID #, leaving the name and address blank on any report. 
 

Reports can be printed to screen, printer, export, merge, PDF, Excel, or Email.
