Matthew A. McDonald
Director

Matt serves as Director in charge of the Nonprofit Technology Solutions Division. He has extensive experience providing software and technology solutions in the nonprofit, government and manufacturing arenas.  He is a trusted expert by his clients in the nonprofit accounting and fundraising technology fields helping them flourish despite the tough funding climate many are facing.  He has implemented a comprehensive value based business model at Brisbane where client goals and satisfaction are measured for success.  Matt is active in the community serving on several boards including the Diocese Pastoral Council and Chesterton Academy of Buffalo.

 

 

Jonathan M. Urban
Senior Implementation Specialist

Jonathan joined Brisbane Consulting Group in March 2015 as an Implementation Specialist and was promoted in 2017 to Senior Implementation Specialist.  He is responsible for software implementation as well as serving as the point of contact for Brisbane clients handling trouble shooting calls and providing hands on support.  Jonathan comes to us with experience as an accounting software consultant working with construction accounting software and previously as an accountant for commercial businesses.  He is a Canisius College graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Robert P. Hasselbeck
Implementation Specialist

Bob joined the Nonprofit Technology Division of Brisbane Consulting Group in 2016. He is responsible for performing installations of Abila MIP Fund AccountingAbila MIP Advance™, AccuFund Accounting, and Microix WorkFlow modules as well as the requisite client training.  He is a point of contact for nonprofit clients, handling trouble shooting calls and providing any additional needed support. Robert comes to Brisbane Consulting Group with over 20 years of accounting, managerial, and software experience at nonprofit agencies and private corporations in Western New York.

Melissa Phillips
Implementation Specialist

Melissa is responsible for performing installations of AccuFund’s accounting suite as well as the requisite client training.  She came to Brisbane Consulting Group with over 10 years of experience as a software specialist and corporate trainer.  Melissa holds a BS in Business Studies with a minor in Economics and Finance Management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Louis J. Cercone, Jr.
Managing Director

Louis is the Managing Director of Brisbane Consulting Group in charge of nonprofit accounting solutions, business valuations, forensic accounting, and litigation support services. He oversees the management of our technology solutions divisions working closely with Matt , Gina and Lindsay. As a CPA and highly credited business valuation expert, Lou has extensive valuation experience and has served as a financial consultant and expert to attorneys in the economic aspects of matrimonial dissolution. Lou is a member of and has received the following professional designations: CPA-Certified Public Accountant: New York State; CFE-Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; ABV-Accredited in Business Valuations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; ASA-Accredited Senior Appraiser: American Society of Appraisers; CVA-Certified Valuation Analyst: National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuation and the Appraisal Education Certificate, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Lou recently earned the honor of being named Distinguished Alumnus by Daemen College and is an active member of St. Amelia Parish in Tonawanda.

Matthew W. Bartle
Director of Information Technology

As the Director of Information Technology for the firm, Matt provides internal and external computer and system support. He is responsible for the equipment used for all Brisbane training and demonstrations, as well as Microsoft SQL database support. He has been with the firm for over 15 years.

Maria Gambacorta
Director of Marketing

Maria serves as the Director of Marketing responsible for all event planning, marketing facilitation, database management and overseeing all functions related to the promotion of Brisbane computer services. She is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing and the BDO Seidman Alliance Marketing Committee. She is past president of Working For Downtown and current member. Maria is a graduate of Canisius College and has been with Brisbane Consulting Group since its inception in 1996.

Lindsay M. Evans
Marketing Specialist

Lindsay joined the nonprofit technology division of Brisbane Consulting Group as a Training Specialist in the fall of 2012. She has now taken the position of Marketing Specialist and assists with all marketing efforts. She comes to our firm with a background in teaching and training. Lindsay is a graduate of Wayne State University (M.S. Education) and Canisius College (B.A. Education).  In addition to her professional work, Lindsay is active in the community as Board Member for Young Audiences of WNY, Marketing Committee Chair for Cradle Beach, Big Sister in Big Brother Big Sister's mentorship program, and volunteers with Paws for Love.

Director of Human Resources

Stephanie is our Director of Human Resources responsible for payroll and benefits management, employee relations, campus and professional recruitment, development and training, and strategic human resource functions. Formerly with the Consulate General of Canada as Human Resource Officer, Stephanie is a graduate of Medaille College with a Master’s of Science in Education. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, CPA Firm Management Association, Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
